AFTER-SALES SERVICES
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
- In order to avoid possible errors, orders must be completed in our order forms or in a similar format, where all the components, measures and characteristics are clearly indicated; and must be sent via FAX or EMAIL. The client will be responsible for any error that occurs if the order is sent by telephone.
- The shipment of the merchandise will be made postage paid and on the days indicated for each zone. In the event that the client wishes to be sent the merchandise by agency, it will be sent to freight collect. It is the buyer’s obligation to verify the merchandise at the time of its download. In any case no refund will be accepted unless authorized by the person in charge of the company and never after 10 days of receipt.
- In case of incorret handling, any warranty on the product will be lost.
- All items will be billed respecting the rounding and the minimums indicated in the rate for each of them. The prices of the rate do not include I.V.A. (VAT).
- The sale prices are those indicated in the current rate at the moment of the reception of the order. We reserve the right to revise and vary said prices even without prior notice.
- The client knows and accepts these general conditions and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Sueca (Valencia).
